Providing great guest service is clearly a priority of the people who work here. Even when guests arrived at odd hours, they found the staff were always welcoming and ready to do whatever they can to offer help when needed.

Many guests depend on this property when they are visiting loved ones in the hospital. They especially liked that the hotel is directly connected to the hospital, so it is not even necessary to walk outside when transitioning between the hotel and hospital premises.

Guests generally felt the accommodations here checked all the boxes in terms of what they expected from a hotel of this sort. The rooms are well equipped and usually very comfortable, helping guests have pleasant stays and often decide to be repeat visitors in the future.

If you plan to stay here during the warmer months of the year, or just generally like to use air conditioning when it's available, be aware that guests said the air conditioning units here are quite loud. Some guests even grumbled that the noises coming from the systems were so extreme that it was hard to sleep.

Several guests commented that the parking for this hotel is not clearly marked, and it was hard for them to find the entrance. This struggle was particularly frustrating when guests were trying to figure out how to park their vehciles late at night.

Although guests had very favorable things to say about the quality of the breakfast items offered, many were disappointed that breakfast is not free at this hotel. If you plan to enjoy it, just leave a little room in your budget.
